We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. SHIPPING RATES & TIMELINES
Please note that orders may take 1-7 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and final destination of the order. If the goods cannot be delivered within 1-7 days of your order, we will notify you of this delay and you may either cancel your order or agree a further delivery time with us. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
We offer USPS Priority Mail and UPS to most locations. Your final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse a Positive Beautiful shipment, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
While we use only reputable delivery companies, we do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party. Successive orders may be joined and delivered in one parcel.
Positively Beautiful does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final, if you discover that the beauty products you ordered are different from the one delivered (size, color, texture etc.) please follow the guidelines below:
Email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and send photographic evidence to confirm we have actually delivered a wrong beauty product. Include your order number, full name and the reason for return.
Items should be returned in original conditions and in original packaging including any paperwork, free gifts, manuals or accessories within 7 days of purchase. Please include the packing list that came with your order in your return packaging. Items that are returned defaced or damaged are not eligible for a refund or replacement
Refund will always be issued to the same method of payment for which they were paid. We will email you when the item has been received and will inform you when the credit has been made to your card account.
If you wish to exchange an item, you will have to pay any difference in cost of the item and any additional delivery cost. We will tell you what this is so you can arrange payment.
You may exchange the item for something else, subject to stock availability, or receive a full refund of the price paid (excluding any delivery charges).
You have a legal right to change your mind and cancel your order within 24hours of ordering your products and receive a refund of all charges for the canceled goods and the delivery charges.

Our agreement with you only comes into existence once we have both confirmed your order and your payment has been processed. Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion.
